What does the Product Training program cover?

Comprehensive training across four product lines: BIPV solar tiles (product structure, electrical characteristics, building integration, roof design, waterproofing), solar power systems (system architecture, component selection, design for residential/C&I/microgrid), C&I energy storage (LiFePO₄ batteries, PCS, EMS, peak shaving, demand management), and residential energy storage (home battery systems, hybrid inverters, wiring topologies, self-consumption, backup modes). It also includes installation workflows, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting, system integration (BMS, PCS, EMS, Modbus/CAN), and long-term technical enablement.

Who is the training designed for?

Distributors, EPC companies, installers, and system integrators working with solar and energy storage products. The program provides role-based content: sales teams receive product positioning and value messaging training; technical engineers learn system architecture, design principles, and integration; installation crews receive hands-on guidance for mounting, wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Do you provide installation and commissioning training?

Yes. It is a core component. We cover standardized installation workflows including structural mounting, electrical connections, cable management, and system startup. For BIPV solar tiles, training includes roof preparation, tile alignment, waterproofing techniques, and electrical stringing. For energy storage systems, we cover battery rack installation, PCS wiring, BMS/EMS configuration, and communication protocol setup.

Is troubleshooting and maintenance training included?

Yes. Dedicated maintenance and troubleshooting modules cover routine inspection procedures, key component checks (solar tile arrays, PV modules, battery packs, inverters, BMS, cooling systems), and structured troubleshooting methods to quickly locate and resolve issues. Yes. Training is customized based on regional market requirements, certification standards, and application scenarios. For European markets, emphasis is placed on EN 14782, EN 1090-1 compliance and BIPV building integration standards.
