GreenMore Announces Strategic Partnership with Runyuan to Develop Solar-Plus-Storage Industrial Parks in Vietnam

NANJING, China — December 17, 2025

GreenMore and Guangdong Runyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Runyuan”) have announced a strategic partnership to co-develop integrated solar-plus-storage industrial parks in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The collaboration combines GreenMore’s energy storage and BIPV product capabilities with Runyuan’s experience in science and industrial park planning, investment, construction and operations.

About the partnership

Runyuan is a full-cycle developer and operator of science and technology parks. Its senior team brings experience from government agencies, state-owned enterprises and large corporates, with park development projects across Asia.

GreenMore will supply the energy systems for these parks, including:

• Residential battery systems (5–30 kWh)
• Outdoor commercial & industrial storage cabinets (air-cooled and liquid-cooled)
• Containerized Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) solutions

Deployment scenarios

Under the agreement, GreenMore’s storage and solar solutions will be deployed across several scenarios within Runyuan-developed parks:

• Factory buildings and office blocks — BIPV roofs paired with 100–3,000 kWh storage systems for self-consumption and backup power.
• High-energy-demand tenants such as data centers and electronics manufacturers — liquid-cooled containerized BESS for peak shaving, demand charge reduction and operational continuity.
• Park-wide microgrid pilots — rooftop PV integrated with centralized storage and GreenMore’s Energy Management System (EMS), enabling partial off-grid capability and enhanced grid resilience.

Why Vietnam

Vietnam is actively advancing its renewable energy agenda. The country’s National Energy Development Strategy targets renewable energy accounting for approximately 25–30% of total primary energy supply by 2030, with a vision of 70–80% by 2045. With rising electricity demand, grid constraints in industrial zones and volatile tariffs, solar-plus-storage solutions are becoming both economically and strategically relevant for manufacturers operating in the region.
