GreenMore Launches Next-Generation Off-Grid Energy Storage System

NANJING, China — October 20, 2025 — GreenMore has released a new off-grid energy storage system available in 5.12 kWh, 10.24 kWh, 15.36 kWh and 20.48 kWh configurations. The system uses LiFePO4 cells and is designed for sites without reliable grid access — including remote homes, small commercial facilities and backup applications — with the option to scale capacity by running multiple units in parallel.

System configuration

The system accepts dual input from solar PV and AC grid power, automatically switching between sources based on availability. Key specifications include:

• Capacity options: 5.12 kWh, 10.24 kWh, 15.36 kWh and 20.48 kWh per unit, with customized configurations available on request.
• Parallel expansion: up to 32 battery modules can be connected in parallel to scale capacity for larger loads.
• Cooling: passive (natural) air cooling — no fans or liquid cooling circuit, reducing moving parts and maintenance requirements.
• Battery management: built-in BMS with protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature and short circuit.

Remote monitoring and updates

The system supports app-based remote monitoring and OTA (over-the-air) firmware updates. Users can check system status, energy levels and charge/discharge activity from a mobile device or PC, and adjust parameters remotely. Fault diagnostics are also available through the monitoring interface, reducing the need for on-site visits for routine checks.

Applications

The off-grid system is intended for locations where grid power is unavailable or unreliable — remote residences, small commercial sites, telecom towers and facilities that need a self-contained power source.
